Reporting a bug
A few details help us find the problem quickly:
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can;
- for export problems, the format, size and length you chose.
Privacy and account requests
Write from the email address on your account so we can confirm it's you. The Privacy Policy lists what you can ask for. Projects that are only in your browser never reach us, so you can delete those yourself on the Assets and Projects pages.
